Friday Evening Yoga
Join Rachel for a fun hour of gentle movement through vinyasa yoga postures, finishing with yin/meditation (supported postures using bolsters cushions blocks and blankets). These classes are designed to help you to establish core foundations to have your own home practice. Great for people who have trouble getting to a yoga studio to practice but would like to make space in their life for a stretch and to re charge. Great for full time carers, shift workers, people with chronic illness or athletes who love the gym but just want something to add after their training session.
